Introduction: Hemangiopericytomas (HPC) are rare vascular tumours that may be associated with hypoglycaemia. Here we report a case of HPC with multiple metastases, accompanying severe recurrent hypoglycaemia due to the combination of different aetiologies.Case report: A 21 year-old woman was hospitalised due to loss of consciousness.
